Today, I channel that deep expertise into creating high-impact, evidence-based medical content for both healthcare professionals and lay audiences.

When I am not crafting content, I split my time between Cape May, NJ and Atlantic Shores, Barbados, two places that inspire and ground me in equal measure. You will often find me reading on my patio, tending to my garden, practicing Pilates, or experimenting with new dinner recipes.
